No license or membership is required to use the Netcam Studio features such as motion detection and remote monitoring from another computer, a phone or a tablet. The free version allows for connection of 2 video sources.

Netcam Studio provides the live streaming video server and even generates the html code to add to your webpage to display the live streaming video. This is very good software and does a great job for the average weather station use.
